The Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Challenge

Samantha spent a lazy Saturday morning doing three work-outs in two hours. The work-out was for the Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Challenge. The MACChallenge Team Qualifier 19.2. was held at CrossFit West Springfield. All the team members put in a huge effort. As a result, I am sure they were sore for the next few days!
