EXPERIENCE SUMMARY: A seasoned professional with over 13 years of management experience in a variety of areas including program management, information systems security, information systems integration, consumer marketing, and training.

2009 to present: Deputy Assistant Program Manager, Mine Warfare and Environmental Decision Aids Library (MEDAL), Mine Warfare Program Office (PMS495), Program Executive Office for Littoral and Mine Warfare (PEO-LMW). Same duties as described in previous position.

2006 to 2009: Information Engineer / Task Lead, provides programmatic support to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Mine Warfare Program Office (PMS-495) for the Mine Warfare and Environmental Decision Aid Library (MEDAL). This includes the drafting and coordination of approval for the Single Acquisition Management Plan (SAMP), Information Support Plan (ISP), Navy Training System Plan (NTSP), as well as the Capabilities Development Document (CDD). Review technical materials for the development of the next MEDAL build designated MEDAL Enterprise Architecture (EA). This includes developmental materials such as the Software Development Plan (SDP), Software Test Reports (STR’s) and other material related to Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Services. Track and monitor Milestone status within the spiral development cycle and using an Earned Value Management (EVM) System. Coordination with external stakeholders which provide approximately thirty percent of the programs funding. Coordination of other integration efforts to include other Navy C4I (PEO-C4I) activities affecting MEDAL fielding and deployment. Review status of MEDAL Readiness, Fleet Support, and Training. Coordination of various Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to include the Data Model Working Group, the ISP working group, MEDAL Training and Readiness Group. Coordination of various Program meetings such as the Program Development Review and the Program Readiness and Training Review.

2004 to 2006: Spouse assigned as Intelligence Officer (N2) for Commander, Strike Force Training Atlantic, which involved numerous employments and travel. Time at home was less than 40% requiring me to stay home to care for our three young children.

2000 to 2004, Assigned to Israel: Spouse assigned as the Assistant Naval Attaché to Israel. Three pre-school aged children required my supervision. U.S. representational duties for diplomatic spouses included attendance at official functions (approximately four nights out of five). Additionally, spouses were required to host representational events.

    Financial/Systems Analyst: Financial Analyst: Provided TBMD Group Financial status to the Vice President and eight Project Managers. Total Group Revenues over $8 Million. Coordinated and ensured funding flowed from Pre Sale (Task Planning Sheets) to Sales Agreement (FAD/MIPR) to SPA. Facilitated movement from Subcontract Funding Vehicle to Multi Year Task Order Contract with the General Services Administration. Potentially providing the Government 6.5% in additional Level of Effort and SPA 1% (about $10K in FY00) in additional revenue. Central Point of Contact for all Group PEO TSC related financial matters including expenditures, bid and proposal, manning level of effort, and group IT purchases.
    Systems Analyst: Support analyst to Navy Program Manager for Navy Area Air Defense Commander Capability (PMS 467). Provided Intelligence Analysis to POM Analysis Study and Intelligence Requirements. Support analyst to Navy Program Manager for Navy Area TBMD (PMS 451). Monitored Navy Area TBMD program budget, development costs, and outlays. Project included analysis of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Directives and Funding Profiles, and current program status for SM2 Block IVA and MK 41 Vertical Surface Launching System. Interacted in matters of TBMD testing and evaluation with product Program Managers including the Mission Control Panel for SM2 Blk IVA and Barge Shock Testing for the MK 41 Vertical Surface Launching System. Provided support for Integrated Master Schedule and risk analysis.

1998 to 1999, Science Applications International Corporation — Functional Analyst: Provided technical support in formulating the Joint Staff Security Policy for the Global Command and Control System (GCCS). Analyzed and coordinated security findings for the GCCS among several agencies. Provided technical support to the Joint Staff for accrediting the GCCS. Provided technical support for several Directorates on the Joint Staff, nine theater/unified commands, five services, and several government agencies. Provided technical support in developing security procedures for the GCCS.

1996 to 1998, U.S. Navy Reserve: Developed and implemented, Web site for Commander-In-Chief, Atlantic Fleet, Reserve Liaison Officer. Developed Intranet (SIPRNET, JWICS) site for Commander Naval Air Forces Atlantic, Intelligence Officer. Assisted in coordination of Carrier Intelligence Center systems integration, installation, and upgrades.

1995 to 1996, AT&T Communications Middle East WLL — Consumer Manager: Marketed 22 million minutes in annual long distance communications representing $42 million in revenue. AT&T’s first Consumer Manager for the Middle East. Conducted extensive consumer marketing programs. Attained more than 2,000 Calling Card acquisitions representing $1.4 million in annual revenue. Coordinated the installation and operation of temporary calling centers for U.S. Military members on deployment. Managed marketing budget for three consumer organizations. Designed and implemented segment tracking systems. Conducted marketing communications programs, including the AT&T Global Hotel Partnership Program, Global Rewards Optional Calling Plan, and Military Saver Plus Optional Calling Plan. Hired part-time local employees to provide customer service for military and expatriate segments. Provided training and logistical support essential to conducting operations in a constantly fluid environment. Conducted market analysis and forecasting using in-house and corporate data systems. 1990 to 1993, Fleet Intelligence Training Center Pacific (FITCPAC) — Navy Master Training Specialist: FITCPAC Instructor of the Year. Ranked #1 of 21 instructors, represented the Navy in the General Intelligence Training System competition. Managed eight instructors. Developed and conducted intelligence training for foreign national students.
