Capital Gymnastics hosted their first annual (and our last)end of year banquet. It was fun to see all the gymnasts in one place at the same time. We had spent many years with them. Sam started at Capital when she was only three…like many of the girls there, but she got a break going to Israel and then Virginia Beach at Excalibur Gymnastics. We will miss the fun times and people at the gym, but not the long hours and big bills.

Samantha completed the season about two weeks ago and is now looking for other activities. Gymnastics used to take up about 18 hours per week. Quite a hole to fill! Please let us know if have suggestions.

Vault 9.500 place 3rd
Uneven Bars 7.400 place 8th
Balance Beam 8.550 place 7th
Floor Exercise 9.400 place 4th
All Around 34.900 place 6th
